Coordinating a Bus Trip

Jan has taken on the role of convenor for 2018.  She is very methodical about keeping records and planning the bus events.  If you have an idea for a bus trip send her a note through the email form system. Planning normally is done about three months before the event so get in early with any new idea for a day’s outing.

It is normal to book for the bus trips as the numbers are limited. Try to book at least a week in advance of the event. The coordinator needs to have numbers for the catering.  Jan records all the details in her Roselovers bus trip book.

The bus trips are a great place to make friends.
