Duties of Committee Positions

President

  • Convene, chair and control general/committee mettings.
  • Manage and ensure committee members carry out nominated tasks.

Vice-President

  • Perform duties of the president in his/her absence

Secretary

  • Record and supply Agenda and Minutes of Meetings
  • Collect mail from Post Office & attend any correspondence
  • Keep up to date files of member’s registration (computer literacy and email facilities essential)

Treasurer

  • Be responsible for all funds, receipts and disbursement of monies.
  • Maintain record of accounts, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets, to show the appropriate financial situation of the club.
  • Reconcile accounts on receipt of bank statements each month

Committee

  • Support executive committee when needed.
  • Attended to delegated duties from monthly meetings.
