Duties of Committee Positions
President
- Convene, chair and control general/committee mettings.
- Manage and ensure committee members carry out nominated tasks.
Vice-President
- Perform duties of the president in his/her absence
Secretary
- Record and supply Agenda and Minutes of Meetings
- Collect mail from Post Office & attend any correspondence
- Keep up to date files of member’s registration (computer literacy and email facilities essential)
Treasurer
- Be responsible for all funds, receipts and disbursement of monies.
- Maintain record of accounts, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets, to show the appropriate financial situation of the club.
- Reconcile accounts on receipt of bank statements each month
Committee
- Support executive committee when needed.
- Attended to delegated duties from monthly meetings.
